# Juhmp

Juhmp, LLC is a US company based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Juhmp builds and runs websites for small businesses of every type, and runs marketing websites for larger companies that don't want an in-house web team. Each client gets its own AI employee to run the website. You ask by email. It makes the change on a preview, and every change you ask for goes live only after you reply APPROVE.

## Plans
- Care: $149/month. Site rebuilt or built new, hosted with SSL, up to 100 pages. Page edits on up to 10 existing pages per request, up to 3 requests a business day (fair use). 1 Monthly Care Update staged on preview. Monthly broken-link, speed, sitemap, llms.txt and accessibility check. Approval mode included at $0.
- Grow: $599/month. Everything in Care, plus monthly SEO and AI-search work, a plain-English SEO email, a monthly AI-mention check, up to 2 AI-suggested SEO pages a month (built after APPROVE), review-request emails (sent after APPROVE), a monthly leads report, Site Helper chat and Approval mode included at $0.
- Setup fee (both plans, one time): $1,500 (up to 10 pages or a brand-new site), $2,500 (11-25), $3,900 (26-50), $5,900 (51-100), over 100 quoted in writing. Pay in full on day 31 or in 3 equal payments across months 2-4.
- Month to month, no minimum term, 30 days' written notice to cancel. Cancel in writing by day 30 and no setup fee is charged. First month isn't refundable.

## Add-ons and paid work
- Site Helper chat: AI chat that answers visitors' questions from your own pages. +$99/month on Care (included in month 1, continues only if you reply KEEP). Included in Grow.
- Approval mode: named approver for every change plus a monthly change log. $0 on Care and Grow. Required for law firms.
- New page: $150, quoted first, charged when live.
- Bulk edit (over 10 pages) or page layout rebuild: $150.
- Extra custom form beyond the 3 included: $49.
- Custom work outside these items: $150/hour, quoted first.
- Full-site redesign: half the setup fee ($750-$2,950); $0 after 24 consecutive paid months.

## Not offered
Paid ads, social media posting, newsletters, Google Business Profile management, online stores, logins or portals, booking or payments on the site, custom web apps, logo design, photography, phone calls, legal or compliance review. No ranking or AI-mention guarantees.
