What's changed

More people ask an AI tool for help instead of scrolling a list of links. They ask, "Who's a good dentist near me?" or "Best bakery in Fredericksburg?" The AI writes an answer and often names a few businesses. If it names someone else, that's who gets the call.

What we change on your site

Answer pages. We add plain questions and answers your customers really ask, in your words: what you do, where, how long it takes, what affects the cost. (Care and Grow: FAQs on your existing pages. Grow: new answer pages as AI-suggested SEO pages, up to 2 a month, built only after you APPROVE them.)

Schema markup. Code that people don't see but AI tools and search engines read. It labels your business name, services, service area and hours. (Care and Grow, at launch.)

Name, address and phone, the same everywhere. We keep your name, address and phone the same across your site, and tell you if your Google Business Profile doesn't match. When the details don't match, AI tools and customers trust you less. (Grow.)

Specifics and proof. AI tools favor clear facts. We feature your reviews, project details, years in business and the numbers you give us. We never make up facts. (Care and Grow.)

Letting AI tools read your site. We make sure the main AI crawlers are allowed to read your site, and add an llms.txt file: a short, plain summary of your business for AI tools. (Care and Grow, at launch.)

Monthly upkeep and mention tracking. Each month we ask AI tools your top questions, note who gets named and what sources they use, and tell you in your plain-English email. (Grow: SEO and AI-search work on your existing pages, with a plain-English SEO email each month.)

What we don't promise

No one can honestly promise an AI tool will name you, and we don't. AI answers change by day, place and person. Our work is aimed at better odds.

You stay in charge

Every change you ask for goes live only after you reply APPROVE. Your domain and Google accounts stay in your name.

— includes an AI-mention check for your top 3 local questions.

What you'll see in your monthly email

Read your monthly email. On Grow, that includes SEO, AI mentions and leads.

A monthly check of who AI tools name for your top questions, including whether you were named.

A monthly leads report: a monthly email with your form and chat leads, plus where your site visitors came from, when they allow tracking.

FAQ

What is AI search?

It's when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI a question and gets a written answer, often naming a few businesses, instead of just a list of links.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT or Google will name my business?

No. No one can honestly promise that. We make your facts clear and easy to find, which is meant to improve your odds.

Is this different from regular SEO?

It builds on it. Clear pages, good details and the same business facts everywhere help both. We add answer pages, labels and tracking aimed at AI answers.

What is llms.txt?

A short text file on your site that sums up your business in plain words for AI tools. It's a newer idea, and not every AI tool uses it yet, so we treat it as one small piece.

How do I know if it's working?

On Grow, each month we ask AI tools your top questions and tell you who was named, including whether you were. Results change, so we look at the trend over time.
