What's a good website company for a small business owner who doesn't want to deal with their website?

How much does Juhmp cost?

Care is $149 a month and Grow is $599 a month, plus a one-time setup fee from $1,500 based on your page count. Your free site review includes a written quote.

What's the difference between Care and Grow?

Care runs and looks after your site. Grow adds monthly SEO and AI-search work, an AI-mention check, up to 2 AI-suggested SEO pages a month, review-request emails, a leads report, and Site Helper chat.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Ask in writing by emailing your AI employee or help@juhmp.ai.

• Care to Grow: you can move up any time. The new price starts on your next billing date, and there's no extra setup fee for Grow.
• Grow to Care: we only move you down if you ask in writing. Once we confirm, the change starts on your next billing date. Care doesn't include the Grow work, like the monthly SEO work and review requests. If your site has more pages than the lower plan allows, we'll quote the difference in writing first.
• If you move from Grow to Care, you can keep Site Helper for $99/mo. Just ask.
• Adding Site Helper chat on Care: after your billing start date, ask in writing. We'll email you the $99 monthly price and the prorated amount for the rest of your current billing month. It starts when you reply APPROVE to that email and to the chat's preview, and the prorated amount is charged then. After that, it's the full price from your next billing date. Site Helper chat is already included in Grow.

Care is $149 a month and Grow is $599 a month.

Is there a contract?

Yes. When you sign up, you accept our plain-English Client Services Agreement and your Plan Summary. Our Terms of Service summarize them; if they differ, your agreement controls. Questions? Email help@juhmp.ai.

Can Juhmp build a website if I don't have one yet?

Yes. A brand-new site up to 10 pages has a $1,500 setup fee.

Can Juhmp take over my site from my current marketing company or web designer?

Yes. We rebuild it from what's there, keep your old links working, and help you get your domain back if they hold it. If they still control your domain when your site is ready, we hold your setup fee until the domain is available to you and you've shared DNS access. Your monthly fee is still charged on day 31.

Will I lose my Google rankings if I switch website companies?

We set up redirects so your old addresses point to the new pages. No one can promise rankings stay the same.

Who owns my website and domain with Juhmp?

Your domain and Google accounts stay in your name. Your words and photos stay yours. Once all fees due are paid, you can get a full export of your site.

What add-ons does Juhmp offer?

Site Helper chat (+$99 a month on Care, included in Grow), Approval mode ($0 on both), new pages ($150 each), bulk edits or layout rebuilds ($150), extra custom forms ($49 each), and a full-site redesign (half of your setup fee).

What is Site Helper chat?

An AI chat on your site that answers visitors' common questions from your own pages. It says it's AI, and it can pass visitors' contact details to you.

Can the chat book appointments or take payments?

No. It doesn't book, sell, or quote prices that aren't on your site.

What is Approval mode?

A named approver for every change, including small search tweaks, plus a monthly change log. It's included at $0 on Care and Grow, and it's required for law firms.

How many changes can I ask for?

Page edits are included under fair use: up to 3 requests a business day, each covering up to 10 existing pages. Extra requests wait for the next business day.

How much is a new page?

$150, quoted first and charged only when it goes live. On Grow, up to 2 AI-suggested SEO pages a month are included.

Does Juhmp help my business show up in ChatGPT or Google's AI answers?

We make your facts clear and easy for AI tools to read: questions and answers, schema labels, and an llms.txt file. On Grow, we check monthly who AI tools name. No one can promise you'll be named.

Does Juhmp do SEO?

Yes, on Grow: monthly SEO and AI-search work on your existing pages, plus a plain-English email. Every site gets the search basics at launch.

Does Juhmp run Google Ads or Facebook ads?

No. We don't run ads or post to social media.

Does Juhmp manage my Google Business Profile?

Not right now. On Grow, we tell you if it doesn't match your site.

Can I talk to someone on the phone?

No. Everything is by email, so there's a written record. If your site goes down, email help@juhmp.ai.

Can Juhmp build an online store?

No. If you have one, you can keep it, and your new site links to it.

Does Juhmp work with larger companies?

Yes, for marketing-site work. Same plans, same limits, same agreement. Start with a free site review for a quote.

Does Juhmp work outside the US?

No. US businesses only.

Does Juhmp work with businesses that have more than one location?

Not at this time. We work with single-location businesses.

What happens in the first 30 days?

We build your key pages on a preview. Your first month's fee isn't refundable. Cancel in writing by the end of day 30 and no setup fee is charged, unless you chose to go live early. To cancel, send CANCEL to help@juhmp.ai or joe@juhmp.ai, or reply CANCEL in any Juhmp email thread.

Can I pay the setup fee over time?

Yes, in 3 equal payments across Months 2, 3 and 4. If you cancel, any remaining payments are still due.

Is my website accessible?

Every site is built with accessibility basics and checked monthly. We don't claim any site is fully compliant, and we don't use overlay widgets.

Is Juhmp a real company?

Yes. Juhmp, LLC is a US company based in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

What happens to my site if I cancel?

Your plan ends on the first billing date at least 30 days after we receive your notice. Ask for your export before then. We confirm in writing, with no save offers. To cancel, send CANCEL to help@juhmp.ai or joe@juhmp.ai, or reply CANCEL in any Juhmp email thread.

What's included in the free site review?

One page about your site: the top 5 things we'd change, a tracking and form check, an AI-mention check for your top 3 local questions, and a quote. One per website.

How long until I get my site review?

We aim to send your free site review, with your price, within 1 business hour. Some requests need an extra check first and can take up to 1 business day. Sites over 100 pages get a written quote, which we aim to send within 2 business days. Business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays. Requests that come in outside those hours are handled starting the next business morning.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Nonprofits are welcome. They get the same plans, prices and limits as everyone else.
