Privacy policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Juhmp, LLC (“Juhmp,” “we,” or “us”) collects when you visit juhmp.ai, use our Site Helper chat, ask for a free site review, send a question to Dan on our sample site, or sign up for and use a Juhmp website plan (including Care and Grow), how we use and share that information, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Juhmp's services are for US businesses and organizations only and are not directed to children under 18.
1. Information you give us
- Free site review and contact forms (
juhmp.ai): your name, business name, website address (if you have one), email address, phone number (if you give it), and anything you write in the form. - Sample-site questions for Dan: your first name, email address, business type, website address (if you share it), and the question or website change you send to Dan, our AI employee.
- Site Helper chat (
juhmp.aiand client sites that use Site Helper): what you type into the chat, the page you are on, and any contact details you choose to share if you ask us to follow up. - Signup and billing (
/startand Stripe): your name, business name, email, phone number, billing address, plan and add-on choices, and your electronic agreement acceptance record (what you agreed to, when, and the IP address and browser details from that step). Your payment card or bank details go directly to Stripe. Juhmp never sees or stores your full card number. - Running your website (clients): the emails, intake answers, photos, logos, text, change requests, and
APPROVE/GO LIVE/KEEP/CANCELreplies you send to your AI employee athelp@juhmp.ai(or a CANCEL sent tojoe@juhmp.ai). - Review-request emails (Grow plan): if you use review-request emails on Grow, you send us the customer names and email addresses you want us to email. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to email those customers. We show you the list and the exact email first, and we send nothing until you reply
APPROVE.
2. Information collected automatically
- Basic technical logs: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, date and time, and error logs used to keep the site working, stop spam and abuse, and record agreement acceptance.
- Analytics on client websites: if we set up Google Analytics or Google Search Console for your business site, we set it up in your own Google account.
- Cookies and local storage: we use essential cookies and browser local storage needed to run the signup steps, keep the site and checkout working, keep the site secure, and remember your session and cookie choices. On juhmp.ai and websites we build for clients, we display a lightweight cookie banner (Accept / Essentials Only) that saves your preference in browser local storage (
juhmp_cookie_consent = 'all' | 'essential'). When you click Accept on juhmp.ai, we load Google Analytics (measurement IDG-F9F0PFSPEC) to understand site traffic and page visits. It uses cookies named_gaand_ga_*. Choosing Essentials Only keeps Google Analytics off, so that script does not load and those cookies are not set. Essential cookies and local storage still run to keep the site and checkout working.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Write and email your one-page free site review and quote, and follow up about it unless you reply
STOP. - Have Dan (our AI employee) write and email you a sample website plan when you confirm your email address, and post a de-identified version of your question and Dan's answer on our public sample Q&A page (with your name, business name, website address, email, phone number, and street address removed first).
- Build, host, and update your website, and send you previews and billing or account notices.
- Answer visitor questions in Site Helper chat and pass visitor inquiries to you.
- Process payments, refunds, and invoices through Stripe.
- Keep records of your agreement acceptance, approvals, and opt-outs (
STOP). - Protect our sites and clients from spam, fraud, and security issues, and comply with the law.
- Understand site traffic and page visits on juhmp.ai with Google Analytics, only after you click Accept on the cookie banner.
How AI handles your information: Juhmp uses AI models from third-party AI providers to draft website copy, emails, site reviews, sample plans from Dan, and Site Helper chat replies. Our AI API providers do not use client or visitor inputs sent through our API integrations to train their models. Don't put passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or confidential medical, legal, or financial records into Site Helper chat, sample-site forms, or emails to help@juhmp.ai.
4. Service providers we share information with
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers we use to run Juhmp, or when the law requires it:
| Service provider | What we use it for |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Checkout, recurring billing, invoices, and payment method storage |
| Our website building and hosting provider | Website hosting, preview builds, application database, and backend functions |
| GitHub | Private source-code repositories storing website code and published page text (form leads and billing records stay in our database and Stripe) |
| Resend | Sending emails from help@juhmp.ai (and client notification emails) |
| Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Analytics, Search Console) | Receiving and storing help@juhmp.ai emails, internal project files, and client-owned analytics and search tools |
| Google Analytics (GA4) | Site traffic and page visits on juhmp.ai after you click Accept (measurement ID G-F9F0PFSPEC; cookies _ga and _ga_*). Choosing Essentials Only keeps Google Analytics off. |
| AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI) | Running our AI employees, Site Helper chat, Dan's sample plans, and site reviews (API inputs are not used to train their models) |
| Todoist and Notion | Internal task tracking and project notes |
5. When Juhmp acts for a client's business
When a visitor uses a contact form or Site Helper chat on a website Juhmp runs for one of our business clients, or when a Grow client asks us to send review-request emails to its customers, Juhmp handles that visitor or customer information on our client's behalf and passes inquiries to the client. Each client is responsible for its own privacy practices and for having permission to contact the customers it asks us to email.
6. How long we keep information
- Active clients: while your plan is active.
- Cancelled clients: 90 days after your plan's end date, we delete the website content, photos, files, and project notes you gave us from our active systems, unless you are on a paid site hold ($49/month) or the law requires us to keep specific records longer.
- Billing, tax, and agreement records: we keep invoices, payment records, electronic agreement acceptances (
I AGREEand signup records), and opt-out (STOP) records for as long as tax, accounting, and legal rules require (typically 7 years for billing and contract records, and indefinitely forSTOPsuppression lists so we don't email you again). - Site reviews and prospects who don't sign up: 6 months after our last email with you (unless you reply
STOP, in which case we keep only your email address on our do-not-email list). - Sample-site questions for Dan: 12 months in our database and email logs, or until you ask us to delete your submission. De-identified questions and answers posted on our sample Q&A page stay up until we replace them or you email
help@juhmp.aito remove yours. - Site Helper chat logs: 12 months, then deleted.
- Unfinished signups and anti-spam logs: unfinished signup files are deleted after 30 days, unfinished signup rows after 32 days, and anti-spam rate-limit hashes after 3 days.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable payment and hosting providers, and we never ask for your payment card number or account passwords by email. No online service can guarantee 100% security.
8. Your choices and rights
- Cookie preferences (
Accept/Essentials Only): you can choose Accept or Essentials Only on our cookie banner when you visit juhmp.ai or a Juhmp-built client website, or click in the footer at any time to change your choice. Choosing Accept (juhmp_cookie_consent = 'all') lets us use Google Analytics (G-F9F0PFSPEC, cookies_gaand_ga_*) to understand site traffic and page visits. Choosing Essentials Only (juhmp_cookie_consent = 'essential') keeps Google Analytics off. If you switch from Accept to Essentials Only, Google Analytics stops collecting. Essential site and checkout functions keep working. - Stop marketing, site-review follow-ups, or sample-site emails: reply STOP to any email or email help@juhmp.ai. (Active clients still receive required billing and account notices.)
- Remove a question from the sample Q&A page: email help@juhmp.ai with the question you submitted and we will remove it and delete your submission record.
- Access, correct, or delete your information: email help@juhmp.ai from the email address on your account or request. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days (or sooner where state law requires).
9. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for active clients, let you know by email.
