Add-ons

Here's every add-on and every paid extra we offer, what it costs, and how to ask for it. If it isn't on this list, ask us. Anything that costs extra is quoted first, and nothing is done until you reply APPROVE.

Site Helper chat

What it is. An AI chat on your website that answers visitors' common questions about your business. It uses only what's on your own approved pages. It always says it's AI.

Who it's for. Businesses that get the same questions over and over, like hours, service area, what you offer, or how to reach you. It's a good fit for any business that wants visitors to get an answer when nobody's around to reply.

What's included.

• Answers drawn from your own approved page text.
• Before it goes on, we build the list of facts it can use from your approved pages. You approve that list, and the chat goes on only after that.
• When your approved page content changes, the chat's fact list is updated in the same edit.
• It can collect a visitor's contact details and pass them to you.
• We add wording to your site's privacy policy saying the chat collects these details and that an AI provider processes them.

What it doesn't do. It doesn't book appointments, sell anything, quote prices that aren't on your site, or give legal, medical or financial advice. It never pretends to be a person.

Price.

• Care: +$99 a month. It's included in your first month at no extra charge, and it continues from day 31 only if you reply KEEP (or KEEP SITE HELPER) before day 31. If you don't reply KEEP, it's turned off and you aren't charged for it.
• Grow: included at $0.

How to request it later (Care). Email your AI employee and ask to add Site Helper chat. You get an email with the monthly price ($99) and the prorated amount for the rest of your billing month. It starts when you reply APPROVE.

How to stop it. Ask in writing with 30 days' notice. It ends on the first billing date at least 30 days after we receive your notice. Dropping it doesn't change your plan.

Please don't send patient or medical details through our forms or email.

Approval mode

What it is. A named approver for every change to your site, plus a monthly change log by email.

How it differs from the normal APPROVE step. On every plan, every change you ask for goes live only after you reply APPROVE. On Grow, small search tweaks like page titles can go live without your APPROVE. Approval mode closes that gap. With it on, every change, including those small search tweaks, goes to your named approver as a preview, and nothing goes live until that person replies APPROVE.

Who it's for. Any business that wants one named person to sign off on everything. It's required for law firms. We recommend it for dental and medical offices and other businesses with professional rules about advertising.

What's included.

• A named approver (name and email in your Plan Summary).
• Every change sent to that approver as a preview.
• A log of every change and approval, emailed to you monthly.

What it doesn't do. It isn't a legal or compliance review. Your business is still responsible for making sure your content meets the rules for your profession. One exception: an urgent fix that restores your site without changing its content may be made before approval and reported to you afterward.

Price. Included at $0 on Care and Grow.

How to request it. Pick it at signup, or email your AI employee to turn it on and name your approver. Changing the approver needs a short confirmation code sent to your approval email.

Law firms. Approval mode is required for law firms for as long as you are a law firm, and a law firm can't turn it off.

New pages

What it is. A new page you ask for, built from your own facts and photos, up to about 1,000 words.

Page types we build. A service page; a service-area page for your one location; an FAQ page; a blog post; an about or team page; a landing page; a gallery, portfolio or testimonials page (real ones only, shown as given, with any connection disclosed).

Not offered as a new page. Online stores, customer logins, booking or ordering systems, pages that take payments, or custom web apps. (We can link to the tools you already use.)

Price. $150 a page on Care and Grow. It's quoted first and charged to your card on file only when it goes live. Your site's limit is 100 pages.

Bonus page. If you complete early go-live in Weeks 1–2, you get 1 bonus custom page at no extra charge. (Non-founding clients.)

How to request it. Email your AI employee with the page you want. You get an email with the page name, your plan and the price. Reply APPROVE, and it's built on a preview. Reply APPROVE again on the preview, and then it goes live and is charged. Unfinished work is never charged.

AI-suggested SEO pages (Grow)

What it is. Each month on Grow, your AI employee may suggest up to 2 new pages aimed at the questions people search for or ask AI tools about your business.

Price. $0 on Grow, up to 2 a month. They don't count toward your 100-page limit. Any other new page is $150.

How it works. You get the suggestion first. Nothing is built until you reply APPROVE, and nothing goes live until you APPROVE the preview.

Not included. No promise that a page ranks or that any AI tool names you.

Rollover. Unused AI-suggested pages don't roll over to the next month.

Bulk edit or page layout rebuild

What it is. A bulk edit is one change across more than 10 existing pages at once. A layout rebuild changes how a page is laid out, not just its words or photos.

Price. $150, quoted first and charged only when it goes live.

What's not this. Page edits on up to 10 existing pages per request are included in your plan under fair use (up to 3 requests a business day). That covers text, wording, hours, prices, contact details, FAQs, adding a section, and placing your standard contact or quote form on an existing page.

How to request it. Email your AI employee. If it falls into this category, the price is in the check-back email, and you reply APPROVE.

Extra custom form

What it is. Setup includes up to 3 distinct forms (for example contact, quote request, and one more). Each custom form beyond those 3 is an extra.

Price. $49 a form, quoted first and charged when it goes live.

Not included. Forms that take payments or collect health information. Two-way sync with outside software is custom work.

Full-site redesign

What it is. A new look for your whole site, built on a preview. Your content stays.

Price. Half the setup fee for your page count: $750 (1–10 pages), $1,250 (11–25), $1,950 (26–50), $2,950 (51–100). It's quoted first and charged only when it goes live. It's complimentary at $0 after 24 consecutive paid months on Care or Grow.

How to request it. Email your AI employee. You get a quote and an outline first.

Custom work

What it is. Anything outside the items above that we agree to take on.

Price. Anything outside the items above that we agree to take on is $150 an hour. You get a written quote first, and no work starts until you reply APPROVE.

Other custom work is $150 per hour, quoted first in writing and started only after your APPROVE.

Things that are NOT add-ons

• No Google Business Profile management (posts, photos, review replies). Grow does flag it if your profile doesn't match your site.
• No social media posting, ads, newsletters, logo design, photography, online stores, booking systems, phone answering, or legal or compliance review.
• No pause option. If you want to stop, you cancel.
• Hosting-only for a site we didn't build: we host only sites we build or rebuild.
