Before you sign up

1Ask for your free site review. Tell us your website (or that you don't have one). You get one page by email: the top 5 things we'd change, whether Google tracking is set up, how your contact forms are set up, an AI-mention check for your top 3 local questions, and a quote with your setup fee and the plan we'd suggest. Nothing on your site changes.
2Read the agreement. It's plain English and shown in full before you agree to anything.

3Sign up and pay your first month. $149 on Care or $599 on Grow. The first month isn't refundable. You confirm you're a US business.
4Answer one list of questions. Your AI employee sends one numbered list, plus a second, shorter one only if something is still open. We never guess facts like prices, phone numbers or licenses.
5Send what you have. Photos, logo files, access to your domain account (never a password), and anything your current company holds for you.

6See your preview. Your key pages, built from your content and photos, on a preview link, before the setup fee is charged. Tell us what to change.
7Decide on extras. On Care, Site Helper chat is included in month 1. Before day 31, we ask whether you want to keep it. If you don't reply KEEP, it's turned off at no charge.
8Changed your mind? Cancel in writing by the end of day 30, and nothing else is charged, including setup, unless you chose to go live early. To cancel, send CANCEL to help@juhmp.ai, or reply CANCEL in any Juhmp email thread. We make no changes to your current site until your domain points to the new one.

9At least 7 days before day 31, we email you the date and the amounts.
10Day 31: your setup fee (in full, or the first third) plus your second month, plus Site Helper on Care if you replied KEEP. If you go live early, the setup fee (or first third) is charged when your site goes live.
11Go live. We connect your domain through DNS access. We save your current settings first and change only the website records. Your email settings aren't touched unless you ask in writing. Reply APPROVE to launch. If you choose to go live before day 31, we'll also ask you to reply GO LIVE. That confirms you're choosing early go-live, and your setup fee (or its first third) is charged then.

12Email a change. One request per email works best.
13Get a check-back. It says exactly what will change, where, and what stays the same. If there's a price, it's in that email.
14Reply APPROVE, see the preview, then APPROVE again. Then it's live.
15Read your monthly email. On Grow, that includes SEO, AI mentions and leads.
16Leaving. Month to month, no minimum term. Give 30 days' written notice. Ask for your export before your end date.

Please don't send patient or medical details through our forms or email.

1Email your AI employee. One request per email works best. Example: "Please add our new services page."
2It checks back first. Before anything is built, your AI employee replies with exactly what will change, where, and what stays the same. For a new page or a layout change, you also get a simple outline of the page. Reply APPROVE, or tell it what to change.
3It makes the change on a preview and sends you the link.
4You check it. Want something different? Reply and say what. It checks back with the fix before trying again.
5Reply APPROVE. Then it's live.

Small fixes where you give the exact words, like a typo, your hours or a phone number, skip the check-back and go straight to the preview.

Several changes waiting? They come in one email, numbered. Reply "APPROVE ALL" or "APPROVE 1 and 3".

Changes to your phone, email, address, form recipients, payment links or domain need a short code we send to your approval email.

On Grow: Small search tweaks (like page titles) can go live without your APPROVE unless you turn on Approval mode, which is included in Grow.
Anything that costs extra is quoted first and done only after you APPROVE.
