2. Juhmp uses an AI employee

Juhmp gives your business a dedicated AI marketing employee. You email it, and it builds and updates your website, writes pages and FAQs, and, on Grow, does SEO and AI-search work. Most of the work is made by AI. To do it, we use AI tools, outside platforms and subcontractors, such as our website building and hosting provider, AI model providers, Google and GitHub.

4. Who can use Juhmp

• Businesses and organizations located in the United States (the 50 states, DC, US territories and APO/FPO addresses), with a US billing address.
• Ongoing businesses with one physical location. We don't build sites for a one-time event, short campaign or personal occasion.
• We may ask for reasonable proof of your business, location and ownership, and we may decline a signup.

6. Page edits and paid work

• Page edits on pages you already have (text, photos, hours, prices, FAQs, placing your site's standard contact or quote form on an existing page up to the 3 forms included in setup, small layout tweaks, or adding a section on up to 10 existing pages per request) are unlimited, under fair use of up to 3 requests per business day. Extra requests aren't refused or charged. They wait in line for the next business day. Every month on Care, your AI employee also stages 1 proactive Monthly Care Update (a seasonal, FAQ, or freshness improvement) on your preview waiting for your APPROVE.
• New pages ($150/page), bulk edits across more than 10 existing pages at once ($150), page layout rebuilds ($150), extra custom forms beyond the 3 forms included in setup, and full-site redesigns (50% of the setup fee for your page count: $750 / $1,250 / $1,950 / $2,950) each have a fee. Fees are shown on the Pricing page and in your Plan Summary. Your AI employee emails you the price and plan first, builds on a preview after you reply APPROVE, and charges your payment method on file only when the work goes live after you reply APPROVE to the preview.
• Other custom work is $150 per hour, quoted first in writing and started only after your APPROVE.
• Delivery and response times are goals, not promises.

8. Billing and automatic renewal

• Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. When you sign up, you let Juhmp charge your payment method on file each month.
• First month: your first monthly fee is charged when you sign up and is not refundable. If you cancel in writing by the end of day 30, nothing else is charged, including the setup fee.
• Day 31 (Billing Start Date): we charge the setup fee (in full, or the first 1/3 installment if you chose the 3-payment setup split across Months 2, 3, and 4) and your next monthly fee (plus Site Helper chat on Care if you replied KEEP). Fees are shown on the Pricing page and in your Plan Summary. We email you the date and amounts at least 7 days before.
• Term: It continues month to month until you or Juhmp cancels it. There is no minimum term.
• Add-ons are month to month and renew automatically until you drop them with 30 days' written notice.
• Price changes: we give at least 60 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before a new price starts.
• Late payment: if a payment is more than 15 days late, we may pause work, and we'll email you notice. At 30 days late, we may replace your site with a "temporarily unavailable" page. Your site is saved, not deleted.
• Fees already paid are not refundable unless your agreement says otherwise.

10. Your content and your accounts

• Your domain stays in your name. Your photos, text, logos and files stay yours. When you ask, we send you copies of the ones we still hold, at no charge, including after you cancel, as your agreement describes. We delete your data 90 days after your agreement ends, unless the law requires us to keep it or you're on a paid site hold, in which case we delete it 90 days after the hold ends.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you send us, including consent from people shown in photos and videos.
• Your Google, social and other business accounts stay in your name. We never ask for your passwords.
• Once you have paid in full, including the full setup fee (all 3 installments if you chose the 3-payment setup split) and every monthly fee due to date, you own the website content Juhmp made for you. Until then, the preview site belongs to Juhmp, and you may not copy it or have it rebuilt elsewhere.
• AI-made content may have limited or no copyright protection.

12. You are responsible for your site's content

You are responsible for the facts and claims on your site, for following the laws and industry rules that apply to your business, and for having permission to email the customers you give us. Regulated businesses are responsible for their own professional advertising rules.

14. Limit of liability

Juhmp's total liability is limited to the fees you paid Juhmp in the 3 months before a claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Juhmp isn't responsible for outages or changes at outside platforms. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or your promises in Section 6 of your agreement. You will defend and pay for any claim against Juhmp that comes from materials you provided or asked us to reuse (including your logo), facts or claims you approved, or your products and services. This includes reasonable attorney's fees.

16. Virginia law and changes

Virginia law governs these Terms and your agreement. If your state's laws give you rights that can't be waived, you keep them. Juhmp may update your agreement by emailing you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect, and the 30-day notice period will not apply.
