Why Juhmp

Hey, we read common complaints small-business owners share about their web and marketing companies. The same problems kept coming up. Here's what owners said (in our words), and what we do instead.

Juhmp vs DIY website builders

  1. 1. Owning your stuff

What owners said: The company registered the domain or Google profile in its own name, and leaving meant losing the site.

What we do instead: Your domain stays in your name, in your own account. Your Google accounts are yours too. The photos and words you give us stay yours. Once your invoices are paid, we'll send you an export of your site when you ask, so you can host it anywhere.

  2. 2. Getting an answer

What owners said: Emails went unanswered, and every time someone new picked up, they had to explain everything again.

What we do instead: You get your own AI employee. It keeps notes on your business, so you don't have to repeat yourself. If it's still not right, reply and someone at Juhmp will get back to you by email.

  3. 3. Knowing what you pay for

What owners said: They paid every month, got a report full of jargon, and still couldn't say what was done.

What we do instead: Changes are confirmed by email. Once a month you get one short, plain-English note that says what we checked and what we fixed. Your numbers stay in your own Google account.

  4. 4. Bills and extras

What owners said: Charges showed up that nobody asked for, and every small change came with a new fee.

What we do instead: Small edits to your pages are included in your plan, within fair use. If a bigger job or anything else falls outside your plan or over your allowance, we quote it first, and nothing happens until you reply APPROVE.

  5. 5. Contracts and cancelling

What owners said: Terms were buried, contracts renewed on their own, and cancelling meant waiting on hold forever.

What we do instead: Your plan continues month to month until you or Juhmp cancels it. There is no minimum term. To cancel, give 30 days' written notice (send CANCEL to help@juhmp.ai or joe@juhmp.ai, or reply CANCEL in any Juhmp email thread). No phone call needed. If you chose the 3-payment setup split, any remaining setup installments are still due.

  6. 6. Getting the facts right

What owners said: The new site had the wrong phone number, stock photos that had nothing to do with the business, and pages that sounded like a robot wrote them.

What we do instead: Your AI employee writes from the facts you give it, and uses your own photos first. Before launch we check your phone number, address, forms and the mobile view. You approve every new page before it goes live.

  7. 7. Straight talk

What owners said: A salesperson promised page one of Google, and it never happened. After that, it was hard to trust anyone.

What we do instead: We don't promise rankings. We'll never ask for your passwords. You add us through each account's own sharing settings instead, so your passwords stay with you. Your AI employee drafts the changes, and every change you ask for goes live only after you reply APPROVE.

  8. 8. Keeping the site healthy

What owners said: The site went down or the contact form broke, and nobody noticed.

What we do instead: Our monitoring checks your site automatically. If your site goes down, email us at help@juhmp.ai. Forms are tested before launch and again whenever we change them.

Questions

Do I keep my domain?
Yes. It stays registered in your name, in your own account. We never buy it for you or move it into our account. To connect it, you share access to its settings through your registrar's own sharing feature, so you never give us a password. Renewing it stays with you.
Where do the images come from?
Your own photos come first. Where we need more, we use properly licensed stock photos, simple graphics, and AI-made images for backgrounds only. We never pass off a stock photo as your team, your customers or your work, and we keep a record of where every image came from.
Do you check accessibility?
Yes. We build with the basics in mind: readable contrast, image descriptions, headings in order, labeled form fields and pages that work with a keyboard. We run an automated accessibility check before launch and about once a month after that. Automated checks don't catch everything, so we can't promise your site meets every accessibility law or standard.
Already have a site somewhere else? Can you move it?
Yes. We rebuild your pages and bring your content over, blog posts included. We redirect your old page addresses to the matching new pages, so old links and bookmarks still work and Google can find your new pages. Your domain stays where it is, in your name.
Will you ask for my passwords?
No. We'll never ask for your passwords. When we need access to your domain or Google accounts, you add us through each account's own sharing or manager setting. Your passwords stay with you, and you can remove us anytime.

What we don't replace

  • Paid ads, social media posting, newsletters.
  • Google Business Profile management.
  • Phone calls or meetings. Everything is by email, so there's a written record.
